Application Requirements

Below are our qualifications. Anyone 18 or older living in the home must fill out an application. Below are reasons for the applicants to be denied.

1. Credit Score Below 640

2. Convicted Felons

3. Previous Evictions

4. Past Balanced due to the previous landlord

5. Bankruptcies within the last three years

6. Repossessions within the last 5 years

7. Bad Landlord Reference

8.Not having a valid Social Security Number
